Our Mission South Fork Bakery is a not-for-profit organization that provides meaningful, paid employment to disabled adults in our bakery kitchen located in Amagansett, NY. Our mission extends to the training and placement of adults with disabilities with employer partners in businesses throughout Suffolk County through Launch, SFB's Training and Employment Program. We believe adults with disabilities need the opportunity to work - they are able, willing and excited to do so!
